Cape York Land Council will always do its best to act in a fair and appropriate manner. We understand that there may be, at times, circumstances that people are not happy about.
You have the right to make a complaint about any of these things, and CYLC will do our utmost to resolve the matter.
Complaints should be marked ‘Confidential’ and either emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or posted to: The Communications Officer, CYLC, 32 Florence Street, Paramatta Park, Cairns, 4870
1. Talk to the CEO or CYLC managers to see if the problem can be resolved quickly and easily.
2. If the issue has not been resolved, put the complaint in writing.
3. Your complaint will be investigated.
4. CYLC will communicate with the complainant to advise of if any or what action would be taken.
