This notice is to advise that Cape York Land Council (CYLC) will facilitate a meeting for those people who hold Native Title
rights and interests within the Olkola Native Title Determination (QUD 673 of 2014) in the area subject to Mining Lease
(ML) 3010 (as shown on the map below in red). PacGold Ltd has proposed a cultural heritage management plan (CHMP)
pursuant to part 7 of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 (Qld) for part of ML 3010 (as shown on the map below in
blue) to manage an object of Aboriginal cultural heritage.

This meeting is for CYLC to provide information and take instructions in relation to:
• cultural heritage that may be affected within ML 3010; and
• the draft terms CHMP proposed by PacGold Ltd.
This is an important meeting where decisions will be made about the management of Aboriginal cultural heritage
objects.
