This notice is to advise that Tate Transition Metals Ltd will be facilitating a consultation for people who hold Native Title rights and interests in the area of Exploration Permits for Minerals (EPM) 27606 and 27616 (as shown on the map below). On 10 November 2025 Tate Transition Metals Ltd gave written notice that they intend to commence Exploration Activities within the Kunjen Olkol determination area pursuant to the Native Title Protection Conditions (NTPCs). Tate Transition Metals Ltd acting as agent for Munuku Pty Ltd which is the authorised holder of the EPMs. This meeting is being facilitated pursuant to cl.4 of the NTPCs.

Purpose of this meeting:
This meeting is being facilitated under pursuant to the NTPCs so that the Native Title Party may:
- Discuss with Tate Transition Metals Ltd its proposed exploration project and anticipated activities.
- Discuss cultural heritage that may be affected by Tate Transition Metals Ltd proposed activities.
- Provide instructions to CYLC as to whether a Field Inspection is required or whether the activities can be commenced without further involvement from the Native Title Party.
