The Federal Court of Australia has listed a native title determination hearing for the Wuthathi Native Title Group in relation to country within the Cape York United #1 Claim area referred to as the Wuthathi Captain Billy Landing Area, as shown on the map below in black. Details of the consent determination hearing are as follows:
