This notice is to advise that Cape York Land Council (CYLC) will facilitate a meeting with those people hold or may hold Native Title rights and interests within the Cape York United #1 Native Title Claim (QUD673/2014) subject to the proposed grant of EPMs 28670, 28705 and 28706 held by BMAX Holdings Pty Ltd.
The Explore has commenced full enquiry proceedings with the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) with a view to receiving a determination that expedited procedure applies to EPMs 28670, 28705, and 28706.
At this meeting CYLC will discuss with the Native Title Party the NNTTs full enquiry process and the options available to progress this matter.
