The Applicant in that the Cape York United #1 (CYU#1) Claim will hold an important meeting on Wednesday 24 July 2024 in relation to the Mining Lease (ML) 100311 access route area within the CYU#1 claim area proposed by Diatreme Resources Ltd (as shown on the map below). The legal representatives of the Applicant will be present at the meeting to provide advice to the native title group. Cape York Land Council (CYLC) will facilitate the meeting.

This matter concerns the proposed route for a mining infrastructure lease through the Darrba Land Trust area. At this meeting the infrastructure proposal will be discussed, and instructions will be taken from the Darrba Clan. This is an important meeting.
