Cape York Land Council (CYLC) will hold a consultation meeting on 4 December 2023 in Bamaga with members of the Northern Cape York #1 (NCY#1) Native Title Claim Group who hold or may hold interests in Lots 3 on S087, 58 on SP 323446, 66 on SP 273364, 700 on SP 273363, 7 on SP 273361, 102 on SP 120089 and 43 on SP 104552. These lots have been identified by the Northern Peninsula Area Regional Council (NPARC) as locations for proposed gravel pits. The area is also wholly within the Northern Peninsula Area Regional Council Northern Cape York Group #1 ILUA (QI2014/075) area (NPARC
NCY#1 ILUA).
