Cape York Land Council is a Native Title Representative Body appointed under the Native Title Act 1993 (NT) to assist Indigenous people of Cape York Peninsula.

Native Title Representative Bodies (NTRBs) are organisations which assist Indigenous people with all aspects of their native title claims. NTRBs are appointed by the Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) to cover a region in Australia.
